🐾💕SWEET MESSAGE FROM NANDI ROSE. JUST HAD TO SHARE🐾💕
“Hi Auntie Jo!!
I’ve been thinking about you and I asked dad to help me write a note to you.
How are you doing during these trying times? I hope you’re safe and sound. We’re ok here. Boy!! I’m loving all the family time we’re having since mom and dad are home. Please know that you are always in my prayers and I thank you and God every day for putting our family together.
Well Auntie Jo, that’s all for now, dad is getting ready to make pancakes (whatever that is) and get ready for our church’s streaming service for today.( I really like those, although I must admit that I don’t get a lot of the new words that I hear.
I’m sending you lots of wet kisses and lots of licks cause I love you.
💗🙏Written by Brittany Mason In Honor of Zoey’s human mommy, Judy Blake Walters . RIP 🙏 ❤️
“I always loved animals since I was little and I knew I would help them I just wasn’t sure how. One day I started researching local rescues and I reached out to JoAnn Lewis Goodrich of Destiny for Dogs. I explained to her my love for animals and that I’d like to help. She said there is actually a little senior girl, Zoey, who was a stray down in Miami and she is sitting in a kennel. My mom and I couldn’t let her sit in there any longer so the next day she was sleeping in bed next to me 🤗
One morning like we had done before, we brought Zoey out to coffee. This time was different because a very sweet lady saw her and instantly fell in love with her and I knew Zoey felt the same way. Just like that she was adopted by this amazing family 💝
Zoey’s human mommy had been battling cancer, but her husband told me that since they adopted Zoey he had seen a light in his wife that he hadn’t seen in a long time.
Judy you were an amazing person filled with so much love and compassion. I’m sending love and prayers for your family while they grieve such a sweet soul.
I will be forever grateful to you, I couldn’t have asked for a better mommy for Zoey ❤️“
🐾💕GOOD NEWS PUPDATE ON RUBY THE SENIOR POM FROM HER NEW MOM🐾💕
♥️“Ruby is such a love. I’m so grateful to Destiny for Dogs for bringing us together, and thank you for saving her.”♥️
Ruby the senior pom whose dad could no longer care for her. He took Ruby to Peggy Adams who could not intake her. Someone posted a photo of Ruby and her owner with a comment. Michelle Martin saw the post and immediately contacted Ruby’s owner to say she would foster. It was a long process to get Ruby healthy, plus she needed to be vetted, spayed and a much needed dental. Poor Ruby girl also had a high level hear murmur. Dr. Linda Abbott, Animal Clinic at Wellington Reserve ran tests and placed Ruby on three heart meds to relieve her discomfort.
Michelle loved and nurtured to get Ruby where she needed to be health wise and emotionally. It took months before Ruby could receive vaccines plus even longer to spay and have dental. Thanks to Dr. Abbott, staff and Michelle, this special little girl was able to have a second chance at life in a new loving forever home with her extraordinary new mom.

“We are thankful every day for our sweet and precious Daisy … and Shadow is very happy to have such a tolerant sister. Wherever Daisy goes Shadow isn’t far behind. Can you believe I still haven’t been able to capture a picture of Daisy begging for belly rubs? I guess it is because I can’t hold a camera and give her belly rubs at the same time! LOL!”
