| 🐾💕LANTANA, FL: LUNA IS IN NEED OF A QUIET FOSTER OR LOVING FOREVER HOME WHILE GOING THROUGH HEARTWORM TREATMENT. PLEASE OPEN YOUR HEART AND HOME TO THIS STUNNING AND SWEET GIRL🐾💕 Luna is a 5 year old female GD, lab, hound mix girl who weighs 54 lbs. Luna was on her way to a kill shelter when a vet stepped in to save her because she was so sweet and steals hearts for a living. Luna is fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, up to date on shots, good with other dogs, cats, older children, on leash, and in the car. Such a darling. To know Luna is to love her. Unfortunately, Luna is heartworm positive. She is on doxycycline to prepare for her upcoming first heartworm injection. We are looking for a quiet place for Luna to stay while going through heartworm treatment as she must remain calm. Please open your heart and home to this beautiful and deserving girl while she is being treated. Food, bed, leash, collar, bowls, toys, meds will be provided. All that you need to add is the love and ensure that she remains calm. For additional information or to meet Luna, please contact JoAnn 561-313-2005 Thank you🐾💕 |

💔DOZER’S STORY WILL BREAK YOUR HEART. PLEASE READ & SHARE! LOOKING FOR AN IMMEDIATE FOSTER UNTIL A NEW LOVING FOREVER HOME IS FOUND💔
LANTANA, FL: Dozer is a 6 year old, 110lbs boxer mix (needs to lose 25lbs). He is fully vetted, neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots, parasite free.
Such a heartbreaking story. Dozer’s elderly, owners could no longer care for him as they are unsteady on their feet and have been knocked over. Dozer just adores his parents and everyone (letter from owner attached). He is so full of love, wants to give love and receive love. Dozer’s loving parents are both not able to walk without assistance therefore he has gained a lot of weight due to inactivity. Otherwise he is healthy, happy and sooooo sweet.
Please open your heart and home to Dozer. He and his beloved parents will be grateful to you forever.
We are also looking for an approved foster home until Dozer finds his new loving forever home.
For additional information or to meet and fall in love with Dozer please contact JoAnn 561-313-2005 or joann@destinyfordogs.com

🌹💔IN LOVING MEMORY OF HENRY AKA TURBO)💔🌹
From Henry’s amazing mom:
“Hi just wanted to let you know I had to put Henry to sleep Tuesday:( He only had two good legs and hurt the back one Sunday chasing a squirrel causing a fracture and blown out knee. Henry’s other legs would not have supported him having surgery.
Like my vet said, Henry did what he loved to do and was loved these last years.
“I always told Henry, you only have 2 good legs left, you better slow it down!! Nope, not with squirrels it was his favorite thing and always go time!!!”
🐾💕Henry led a miserable life… until his mom met and fell in love with him. Henry hit the doggie lottery and was provided everything he never had. Plus many years of love, happiness, nurturing and fun. We are grateful to Henry’s mom for rescuing an older dog and providing a full lifetime of love in just a few years🐾💕
🌈Rest In Peace dear, sweet, Henry. Until you and your mom meet again. You will always be in her heart and loving thoughts 🌈

Joanne Sylvester returned to her heavenly Father, passing peacefully at home with her husband of 62 years, by her side. Joanne was born and raised in New York City, moving to West Palm Beach in 1958 with her husband, Raymond. She was one of the early pioneers of the Palm Beach Civic Opera, now known as the Palm Beach Opera. Joanne sang at several local churches, countless weddings, funerals and other events throughout her life. She was soloist at St. Edward’s Catholic Church in Palm Beach from 1978 through 1989, and continued with the St. Edward’s Choir until 2016. Joanne is survived by her husband, Raymond, and her children, Richard (Jean), Stephen, Philip, Christina Torres (Israel), and Joanna Sylvester-Hartman (Ben), and grandchildren Nick, Olivia, Elizabeth, Jack, and Noah, her brother John Pennino of New York City as well as her two faithful canine companions Dino and Mia. Joanne has always been an animal advocate. The family home was never without a pet, usually more than one. Throughout her life, Joanne’s love and compassion toward animals and humans, especially children, was evident to anyone who knew her.

Luna has lost her battle with cancer and walked over the Rainbow Bridge where there is no pain and suffering. RIP Luna

This little kitty was living on the streets with a homeless woman. She was very I’ll and it appeared that she had been a while. As soon as we heard of this situation we picked her up and took her to the emergency. She was having difficulties breathing and was extremely lethargic. When she arrived, she was in full kidney failure and we could not save her. It was agreed that there was only humane thing to do – end her suffering. Before she left this world we named her Lovey and our volunteer Gina stayed with her and showed Lovey kindness and love. She had one final kiss before she passed. RIP angel.

🌈IN LOVING MEMORY OF LOBA A BEAUTIFUL, SWEET & AFFECTIONATE, 14 YEAR OLD COLLIE MIX SENIOR LADY WHO WENT TO RAINBOW BRIDGE ON MONDAY, JULY 13TH🌈
💔A special “Thank You” to Loba’s foster mother, Susan for taking such wonderful hospice care of her. Plus providing quality of life and TLC during her last few months on earth. The following message was written by Susan💔
“🌈Today we sent this beautiful girl to run free to rainbow bridge where I’m sure her other mother is waiting for her. We took her in after her owner passed away so she could spend her last few months in a big yard with lots of dog friends and love. Loba was a very sweet girl and will be missed by my family but she was ready to go. She was so bad on Sunday she couldn’t even walk but wanted to. Loba was struggling and I did not want her to suffer. She was so tired. But I had a dream that night that she was running thru our yard happy, healthy with her tail high and I knew it was her time. Run free sweet Loba🌈”

“Mr. King passed away this morning. Thank you for the opportunity to be his mom these last few years Jo. He was my dream boy❤️. King would have been 17 in September. He was the best little guy. Thank you for you Jo. You made it possible. 😘”
When King’s mom met him, it was love at first sight for both. King was a senior with lots of issues. However, none of this mattered to his mom. She loved him unconditionally and took the best care to ensure that he had the happiest life filled with great food, toys, lots of cuddling and love. Thank you Ro for all that you did for King. You were truly his rescue angel.
💗With love and appreciation💗
